Reflection Evaluation Guidelines for PNUR1257

Guided Reflection

Reflection is an essential activity in which individuals evaluate their learning experience, think about it and explore it in a conscious manner in order to lead to new understanding. In order to encourage students to make wider connections between what was experienced in clinical/class, please answer the below questions to help guide your reflection. According to the CNO (2022) “reflection is an intentional and continuous process of critically thinking about your practice. Reflecting on your practice daily will help you identify the strengths in your practice and any learning needs.”

Collegiality & Collaboration is developing and establishing supportive and encouraging working relationships. Developing personal and professional relationships takes time and effort. Many students do not engage in extra curricular activities because they feel they are already overwhelmed with responsibilities and other commitments.

However, we know that developing these relationships is vital to your success and survival as a nurse. And, more importantly, collegial relationships are essential to good patient care. Refer to Rubric in course shell.

This evaluation will provide the student with the opportunity to:

The assignment should be 1 page in length (

not including a cover page and reference page).
