The grade for this assignment is not based on the results from the 40-question assessment but on a related written self-assessment or reflection. 

The self-assessment includes research to review the key topic areas or questions that were answered incorrectly. The written paper is a self-evaluation of your performance along with a summary of the incorrect topics and their corrected definitions, interpretations, etc.

The written self-assessment must include the following content:

· Start with an overview of your performance on the 40-question assessment which may include a discussion by broad topic area (i.e., accounting – financial and managerial, finance, business statistics, management, and marketing).

· Next, choose four items (individual questions that were answered incorrectly from one or more topic areas) for a self-assessment of needed improvements. For each, use the feedback given in the review of your results as a starting point to research the correct information. In the written report, describe what you learned about each of the selected items from your research (include in-text citations for sources).

· Then, discuss how you can proactively identify topics where you need to refresh your knowledge and what methods or strategies you can use in such situations. Explain why you are choosing these method(s) and support your selection(s) with sources or examples.

Important Information

The self-assessment will be graded on standard writing conventions as well as content and references/sources. Here are the general guidelines for format, length, and other aspects.

· Following APA Style, 7th Edition, write in clear, concise sentences using a paragraph structure with proper attention to spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Proofread your assignment carefully and take advantage of available tools such as Word’s spell checker and other proofing options.

· For APA Style, the paper must include a title page, be double-spaced with one-inch margins, and use a standard font such as 11-point Arial or Calibri or 12-point Times New Roman. 

· There is no minimum page requirement but the word count, excluding the title page and reference list, must be a minimum of 600 words. The maximum limit is 1,200 words or five (5) pages excluding the title page and reference list. 

· Follow APA Style for in-text citations related to your research sources in the written content as well as for a reference list with full source information at the end of the paper.

· Do not use any AI Tools to help with your written submission.  You are expected to submit your own original writing for this assignment. This means that you cannot use ChatGPT or any other generative AI tool to generate any part of your assignment and then submit it as your own writing.

The final report may be submitted as either a Word document (.docx) or an Adobe PDF. Turnitin will be used to check for an acceptable level of original content in the submission (the general guideline is 20% or less excluding the reference list).
