In this assignment, you will check your thinking and decision-making process by being specific about your choice of theory or model for your final project. You will connect your theory or model with a discussion about institutional transformation and the four objectives listed below. At this point, you should narrow your research focus by selecting the best theory or model that you will use to meet the LASA requirement.
The objective of this assignment is to align theory and practice to make decision making more meaningful and relevant. With the research that you have conducted, you should be able find real-world applications of decision making.

Select a particular theory or model using Argosy University online library resources or the Internet and address the following:
Explain your rationale for the selected theory or model.
Identify any biases associated with your institution, problem, and solution.
Analyze any assumptions that were evident in your selection process.
Evaluate and discuss why and how your selection meets the following four objectives:
Foster a safe, democratic, and empowering educational environment that engages the institution’s diverse internal and external communities in the continuous improvement of student development and learning.
Support the design, implementation, management, and assessment of learning opportunities that are sensitive to student characteristics and the collegiate and community environment.
Employ ethical, collaborative, and critically reflective management and leadership practices.
Help the institution anticipate and prepare for change, crisis, and disruption.
