If you were to look through all the sources and web pages identified by any simple search, a lot of time would be wasted and you would find good and bad resources. In order to be better users of time and focus your energy, having a constructive web searching strategy can eliminate a lot of the frustration associated with general web searching and the time lost looking through many resources.
